Model 24-storey building from Krasnodar, business class for successful managers (sarcasm and adv lie :D).
I didn’t make whole building as it look like in reality: too many open balconies would zahavali (oops, google translater doesn’t know what it mean xD. It could be translated as “eat”) RAM immediately! In this context, voracious elements were replaced with glazed balconies.
Well, okay.

What do we have?
– 4-level residential building;
– 9×9;
– flashroyal of textures _s, _i, _n.
– handmade LOD with drawn texture (Oh God! Its amazing!).
– the price 69990 (business class, don’t forget).
– capacity for 100 families (the house is really big, wanted to do more).

Something like that. Here I wanted to throw the links (as always) for standing next to the house, the model of which I’d do for CS, but there are none. Around the private sector. Kuban private sector. To the horizon.
