Ritzman Building is a century old office building built with modern mind on its facade. Inspired by Rockefeller Building in Cleveland, Ohio. I wanted to build this because the vanilla lacks in 4×4 corner buildings and I was fascinated by its simplicity and strong linear expression for the Victorian/Edwardian era.
