The San Francisco Bay Area as depicted in Watch_Dogs 2, with a few alterations.

The map size and its boundaries generally match those of the game. There’s the large area on which SF is built, with a few of its hills, including those on which Coit Tower and Lombard Street sit and Twin Peaks. The highway goes south towards the inaccessible area of Silicon Valley, passing the salinas, before coming around into the Oakland area, with a pre-made inlet, and on to Marin, where it meanders until crossing the bay back over to SF. The land is covered in wild and standard conifers; ore can be found in the mountains, whilst oil and fertile land can be found north Oakland and inner-city areas respectively.
Train access is via a set of tracks coming north from the southernmost edge of SF, while boats come from the west, north-east and south-east. Airplanes fly in and out from central Oakland.
This map is NOT meant to be 100% accurate. I have simply remade in Skylines an open-world map that I quite enjoy and which is highly appropriate for the game. It was designed entirely from memory, with a few alterations to suit this game’s requirements. I may, in time, make changes to make the map more accurate, but for now, this is it.
