Please use TMPE to manually change the behavior of junctions.
Enable the TMPE mod (in the “required items” list), click its icon, select “lane connector”, click the junctions, and connect the lines as the screenshot shows (first click the starting lane, then each corresponding destination lines, right-click to exit and pick another starting lane). After setting up all 3 junctions, it will work properly.
