Soldyne’s Irrigation PP T-Cross
This is part of a 7 piece set of irrigation ditch puzzle pieces. These item will appear in the water menu.
They can be used in a variety of configurations and, yes, they can even do curves (sort of…)
Cost: 100/tile
Upkeep: 10/tile
Water: 16 M3/tile
Each piece will need to be hooked up to the water network or you will get a constant icon floating above it.
Curves are achieved by holding the right mouse button and slowy draging the object to a desired angle and matching up the outer corners of two different pieces.
the textures will overlap slightly and greater angles will have more overlap. the maximum suggested angle between two pieces is about 22.5 degrees (half of 45).
Don’t try to make sharp turns with the x1 pieces or you will not be able to hook up the pipes (they will be too close together. use a mixture of x2 and x1 pieces to space them out.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: it is highly recommended to use a terrain mod and flatten out the area where you want your new irrigation ditches to be.
if you don’t flatten the area then adjacent ditches might not match up well and the “puzzle piece” design will be off.
If one of pieces seems slightly floaty, then just put up some trees and it will look great!
