This mod is a texture variation (red sides, blue balconies [BB]) to my previous 5-story tenement. A common version of color in Vilnius, Lithuania.

1-464LI-18 Series.
Not exact copy, because it would take more than 4 tiles.

Originally it’s Soviet-Lithuanian style block from 70s.

High Density
Level 1
4×2
W2W (wall to wall)

Consists of 698 triangles and LOD of 10 triangles.

It is advisable to use:
Search box mod (to plop buildings everywhere in any amount) (type “sov-” and you will find this building)
Control Building Level Up (to lock buildings from growth, so they stay the same forever)
