Second version of the 9-story Tenement. More or less exact copy of the real life building.

Originally it’s Soviet-Lithuanian style block from 70s. 1-464LI-52 series.

High Density
Level 2
3×4
W2W (wall to wall)

Consists of 2755 triangles and LOD of 40 triangles.

It is advisable to use:
Search box mod (to plop buildings everywhere in any amount) (type “sov-” and you will find this building)
Control Building Level Up (to lock buildings from growth, so they stay the same forever)
