Adds a slider to your UI to modify the speed.
It’s modifying the entire game speed including your camera.
I’m still looking in to making it so I can modify the speed of certain things like just modify walk speed of citizens.

When you change the speed this will also affect gameplay.
The simulations in this game aren’t just simulations.
So if cars drive slower your economy will also go slower.

The slider works with all three speed modes.
So if you set it to half you can still switch speed options through the arrow buttons.
