Basic sunken tram station (Small Version)

Since undergound tram stops are currently not possible, i wanted to do a sunken tram station, so I can access the tracks to place a stop in it. Actually, there are none such stations in the workshop currently, so i made my own.

Since this Asset uses Quays to make the slopes look nice it behaves a bit strange sometimes. Consider it as beta.

Requirements:
– Network Extensions 2 (for pedestrian roads)
– Some Anarchy Mod to place it
– Quay Anarchy
– Fine Road Tool
– Props taken from
– Tram Station Tracks

If you want to modify this asset:
– Tree & Prop Anarchy (Set to activated BEFORE loading the asset)
– Maybe others
