This is a larger version of the Tennis Court I made.
There is the court, some benches for the players to sit on and a vending machine for them to juice up. If only it was possible to animate the citizens to play. For now its a pretty placeholder ?
Low electricity cost, moderate entertainment value, moderate radius, low tourist attraction.
