Get the Los Angeles Aon Center here:
Designed by Edward Durell Stone, the Aon Center’s construction began in 1970 and it opened in 1973 as the Standard Oil Building, before becoming the Amoco Building, and finally Aon Center. At 1,136 feet, it’s the third tallest building in Chicago, and was the tallest in the city upon its completion before being overtaken by the Sears Tower, and then pushed to third by Trump Tower. It was originally clad in marble before issues with the marble required it to be refaced in granite at a cost of more than half the building’s original cost.
This asset comes greatly detailed with a high level of accuracy where possible. It has a detailed roof and a detailed plaza with most of the features of the real building’s plaza, and sits below ground level. It has detailed night lights and is a RICO compatible office. Without RICO, it’s just a Level 3 Unique Building.

NOTES:
*THIS BUILDING DEFORMS TO LANDSCAPE near roads. Please make sure ground is flat or flatten ground before plopping.
*You may need to place roads before placing the building as there’s an issue with placing roads adjacent to the building.
*The LOD texture may look terrible in some instances. This is not my fault, as my LOD model and its textures should look fine, and do in the editor and new/unbuilt cities. I do not know why this happens.
*Lot lacks concrete in crevices between building and sidewalk. Use the terrain painted mod to fill this in if desired.
