You can find the building under “Unique Buildings” as Level 5. 3×8 lot, it’s not rectangular!
I scaled down the model a bit to better fit into the ingame skylines (ca. 1 : 1.15).

Completely modeled by myself, even the advertisments are handmade (Lara Croft and Catwoman are properties of their respective owners, “LARCAT fashion” by me :p).
Building has approx. 10k Polygons and has a custom LOD-model (because the automatically generated one looked ugly…^^).

UPDATE:
– I created new ads for the building to make it more realistic
– I highly increased the tourist stats (from approx. 100 to 2000). Now the skyscraper should be visited a lot more (or at all ? )
