Toronto Style High School 4
This is the fourth High School in my Toronto Schools set. Perfect for those looking for more North American style schools.
For this entry I bring to you one of Toronto’s bigger high schools. With a liberal use of concrete this almost brutalist style school is a product of the 70’s/80’s expansion of Scarborough Board of Education which saw new and more unique style schools being built. This school is one of the few that can be defined as being the “Total Package” considering it features the standard facets of a High School but also has an Auditorium, and a Swimming Pool. It also includes a large Gymnasium facility and 2 floor library. You can also find a Radio Studio inside the school as well (the only one of its kind in Toronto schools). The reason for its enormous size is because this school is one of very few in the entire city that is both a High School and a Middle School. However as big as it is, there are still more that are bigger.
