A grungy roadside commercial suite from the ’60s hosting a shady vehicle paperwork service.
I thought I’d take a little break from my usual storefronts by modeling this building I pass by on my daily commute. It came out better than expected and didn’t take long at all to make, so I plan on doing more run-down shops like this in the future. Has no concrete/pavement surface so you can do whatever you like with the lot….if you want default pavement when placing the building, check out the Building Anarchy mod. Would look best when placed just outside your old town districts or generally in crappy parts of town.
