UK Housing Series: Semi-Detached #1 Level 1-5 Pack

This is a low residential UK semi-detached house pack based on a common council (or ex-council) UK semi-detached style found in many suburban, working class and lower middle class areas.

The model is based on my previously realised semi-detached house and has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.

I recommend using these with the excellent ’Building Themes’ Mod by BloodyPenguin to control where the houses grow.

The plot depth is 3×3 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 8 units leaving 6 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic. If you make it 9 units a central path works well. The corner houses will help to give your districts a more consistent layout.

Each asset has textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.

I will eventually create further packs based on my other terraced, semi-detached and detached house assets.
