UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 – Level 2 Pack
Now includes two corner assets to reduce the hassle of a good looking layout.
This is a low residential UK terraced house pack based on a common UK terrace style found in many inner city, working class areas.
The model is based on my previously realised terraced houses has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.
I recommend using these with the excellent ’Building Themes’ Mod by BloodyPenguin to control where the houses grow.
This is a level 2 pack designed to be used with my
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 – Level 1 Pack’.

‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 – Level 4 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 – Level 5 Pack’.
For these level 2 houses to spawn in a theme the level 1 pack is required.
The plot depth is 1×3 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 8 units leaving 6 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic. If you make it 9 units a central path works well.

Each asset has textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.
