Under Road Parking. All concrete.
Under Road Parking. All concrete.
Put the valuable space under elevated roads to good use and make a parking lot out of it, and you can do that in every flavour possible.
These 8×2 lots consists of two parking lots divided by a center piece. Both parking lots and the center piece comes in grass, worn grass (a.k.a. ruined), concrete (a.k.a. pavement) and gravel. If the center piece is made out of concrete or gravel, you can connect your parks and pathways to it. Grass and worn grass center pieces doesn’t allow a passageway for Cims of course.
No parking markings does make your Cims’ parking skills detoriate, no perfect linear parking here! Oh, and some Cims even have the guts to park their vehicle backwards. #anarchy
All lots cost 2000 to buy and 150 to mantain.
No electricity, water, garbage and sewage.
No tourism or entertainment is generated.
Since this lot won’t generate tourism or entertainment, it will have a hard time filling up when placed in the middle of nowhere. Place it close to landmarks, parks or anywhere there’s demand for Cims and it will be used.
This being a park, you can find it under the park menu. Plop the lot against an existing road and you can connect the elevated part to your road network.
SIDE NOTE:
One downside of this being a park though is the fact C:S sees the elevated road as part of the park too, meaning walking sims can jump between roads, even the odd car will make the jump sometimes, sadly nothing I can do about through the asset editor.
