Vigo Galicia – Mass Transit Version, 1 Tree, 2 Special Decorations
There is now a DLC Free version! Check out all the info and images here and then go to its page:
Thanks to funchenstein for the honor to show his amazing city Gallaecia that he’s building on this map!
Sign up for the Live Oak, the special Vigo creation by Armesto (links on the right of this page). Shoreline Rocks are by OWL. This map has specialty highways and requires the Mass Transit DLC.
A big thanks to Armesto for all the inspiration and the kind creation of the version of his Beatas that can be used inside map editor! Thanks to Funchenstein who shared some screenshots of his city in progress! Looking forward to more!
This is a 1:1 scale map of Vigo in Galicia, an autonomous province in Spain.
I am very happy with this map and spent a great deal of time on it. It has:
– Extensive highway system with elevated and graded highways inspired by OWL’s fine work
– External ring system takes all regional traffic away from your city center (start square).
– Your choice of any temperate Map Theme. Pictures show mostly MarkFire’s Monte Belo theme and some my Temperate with Blue Green Water theme
– Nicely decorated with only three required items.
– Special just for this map is the Batea made by Armesto. It is a fixture of the Galician aquaculture found in the coastline’s rias.
You can even see the bateas in the satellite image! This special Batea edition does not disappear in the distance, since it is programmed as a rock
– Only other required items are the Live Oak by Mr Maison and the Rock Set by OWL
There are two large overlays I used to make this map, which I will share with you:

You can find the Overlayer v2 mod here:
**To get nicer lighting like in the screenshots you see, you will really want Daylight Classic mod, which makes the lighting much, much nicer. It is located here, activate only Classic Sunlight Intensity and Classic Fog Effect if you want the lighting and clouds in the sky.
