Wild Wilderness
If you think your cims would appreciate a good hike in the mountains, through thick pines, breathing the crisp morning air, then this might be the LUT you need.
I was never satisfied with the default Boreal LUT provided with the game. It didn’t quite seem to capture the feel of the forested northern wilderness and instead felt a little dull and bland. Wild Wilderness aims to fix that by providing an alternative for Boreal maps that attempts to encapsulate the feelings you might get hiking through forested valleys in the Rockies or the Canadian wilderness.
– Cooler foliage and shadows indicating a crisp morning atmosphere
– Warmer sunlight and white surfaces providing the look of a still radiant sun sitting lower in the sky.
– Brighter brights for a crisper, more open air feel.
– Deeper shadows that add a nice contrast to the brights and suggest less sunlight in the northern climate.
Ultimately I hope what you get from Wild Wilderness is the fresh, open feeling of a rugged northern wilderness that is not only atmospheric, but also offers a crisp look with good contrast for quality gameplay.
