This asset is made with 3 parts – two for the plaza and one for the tower. You MUST subscribe to and enable Sub-Buildings Enabler to plop this. It can be found here:
Completed in 1973 as “Sears Tower”, it held the tallest building record for nearly 25 years. Its 108 floors and twin antennas are the prime jewel in Chicago’s skyline. Now, in Cities: Skylines, Willis Tower’s black aluminum and bronzed glass form will dominate any skyline.
With this asset, you can build a highly detailed and accurate version of Willis Tower as it exists in 2016, or Sears Tower as many prefer to still call it, in your cities. It includes the tower, the surrounding plaza, the west atrium, east pavilion, and south Skydeck entrances. The tower’s facade is accurately represented, including the tint of the bronzed glass, different heights of some floors, window patterns, and the upper mechanical level with partly glass windows and the off-colored windows near the top. The only major details missing are the glass boxes on the observation deck. Everything else is there, including the globe sculpture and Willis Tower sign, along with various details on the roof levels, and the antenna and broadcasting arrays.
